Always de-clutter. Remove items that you do not need. Place in Storage Unit if necessary. Remove everyday clutter bundles.

You want your Home Report to look it's best. Minor repairs can make all the difference. A lick of paint creates a fresh look.
Keep Pets Under Control
Not everyone loves pets. Be sensitive to Viewers and if possible keep pets out of the way. Mask any pet odours.
Kerb Appeal
First impressions are lasting impressions. Make sure the front entrance and garden are clean and tidy.
The Sweet Smell Of Success
Create a welcoming smell. E.g. Candle, pot pourri or ground coffee beans.
Know Your Local Area
It is helpful to be prepared for questions relating to transport, schools and amenities.
Honesty Is The Best Policy
Be straight forward and honest with the viewer. Do not complicate things.

Give the viewers time to wander about on their own allowing them to get a feel for the property
